Tommy Club member Dan Ingham, 2024 race season exploration, has received a prime top up, thanks to CTI (Castings Technology International) Motorsport, supplying the Melton Mowbray racer with a GYTR (Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing) R6 Yamaha.
Junior Support race (A) victor at Cookstown in 2023, Ingham is planning to race the 600cc steed, who’s engine development is being helped by Russell Brook, at the Briggs Equipment Northwest 200 and the Manx Grand Prix.
Keen for another tumultuous tenure on the fabled, mythical Mountain Course, his event CV makes for more than impressive reading.
Runner-up in the past two Senior races, three top 3 finishes, six top 6 finishes, not forgetting cracking the 120-mph lap-mark on multiple occasions.
NW200 wise, it will be a new experience for Ingham, making his first bow around the Triangle.
As on the Isle of Man, expect the Englishman to show accomplished speed, tenacious race craft as he bids for a memorable 2024 roads scene campaign.
