Adding further quality to an already world class entry list which includes Dean Harrison, Lee Johnston and Jamie Coward, Market Rasen’s Phil Crowe and 2018 Senior Manx GP runner up Stephen Parsons are the latest high profile racers to confirm their intention to compete at the upcoming, two day Barry Sheene Classic which takes place from the 27th to the 28th of July.
Individually at their respective racing CV’s, Scarborough returnee Crowe who hasn’t competed at England’s sole roads course since the 2014 Gold Cup meeting, has developed in recent years into a top draw, accomplished, formidable exponent of the fabled, mythical Mountain Course.

Ninth within the RST Superbike race from TT 2018, Crowe’s high calibre TT resume also includes seven top 20 finishes and overall nine top 25 finishes.
Looking forward to competing again at Oliver’s Mount, he’s set to pilot in 12 days time at Scarborough one of Team Classic Suzuki’s immaculately prepared yesteryear Superbike machines.
Fellow ‘Mini TT’ returnee Parsons, like his fellow English racer has also proven more than a touch competitive on the Mountain Course in recent times.
A triple Manx GP podium finisher, ‘Trevor’ is definitely one to watch in the Supersport races at the Barry Sheene Classic, which marks the beginning of a new era for the iconic, illustrious road race circuit that is Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough.
