Barry Evans Planning Manx Grand Prix Debut

Barry Evans is planning to make his Manx Grand Prix debut.

Most recently Barry made his real road racing debut at the 2015 Spring Cup National Road Races.

Competing on a ZX6 Kawasaki opening junior A race would see highly creditable 16th place finish secured as he adapted quickly to the mount.

Junior A race two was arguably the main highlight of the weekend as he finished an excellent eighth.

Overall Barry finished third fastest newcomer around Oliver’s Mount at Spring Cup National Road Races following lap time of 1 minute 56.512 seconds.

Having impressed hugely at the opening round of the 2015 Duke road race rankings championship Barry goes into the 2015 Manx Grand Prix one to watch in newcomers A race.

He has every chance of pushing for a standout result in what is set to be one of the most closely contested newcomers A races seen at the Manx Grand Prix in the 2010’s.
