It’s not long till the newest International road race worldwide, the Baja International Tourist Cup takes centre stage.
The Tecate, Baja California based event which is the brainchild of respected events organisers Pedro A.Vargas Valdez, sees competitors circulate around a testing, lengthy roads course that is located near the USA/Mexico border.
Leading entrants include long term TT Races exponent Eric Wilson, fellow Mountain Course veteran Wade Boyd and 400 Honda mounted Joe O’Sullivan.
Competitive action is due to get underway from 08:00 AM local time on Saturday (30th October), with the opening practice sessions, before five lap heat races per class take place.
