Michael Dunlop secured his fourth race of legends victory at Armoy road races. Competing on his own teams S1000RR BMW Michael won a race long battle with Guy Martin who secured second place whilst Dan Kneen amazing season continues with third place finish on Cookstown Burrows engineering racing GSX-R 1000 Suzuki.
William Dunlop acquired fourth position following a tenacious performance, Seamus Elliott was leading Kawasaki mounted rider achieving a wonderful fifth position in front of Derek Sheils also Kawasaki mounted completing top six.
Derek Mcgee acquired a creditable seventh place finish, Davy Morgan was eighth on CMS racing backed CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade and Stephen Thompson showed good form on Bathams backed S1000RR BMW.
Colin Stephenson recorded his second top ten finish of the day following a highly accomplished performance. 2014 has seen Michael Dunlop give BMW their first senior TT for 75 years, feature race victory at North West 200 and now race of legends win at Armoy. Can the reigning Duke road race rankings champion acquire superbike wins at upcoming Ulster Grand Prix, all answers will be known soon.
