Anstey Confirms Classic TT Return

12 times TT winner, International road racer extraordinaire, the true racing hero that is Bruce Anstey, is Classic TT bound in 2020, as he aims to enhance his already well decorated event CV.

Victorious on his return to Mountain Course action in last August’s Dunlop Lightweight race, the genial Anstey showcased again why he is regarded by many as the leading pure road racer of his generation.

Naturally talented, ultra quick, always smiling, carrying a calm, measured demeanour, the most successful New Zealand competitor in TT Races history has the ideal road racing make up.

Widely revered for his iconic, legendary International roads exploits over the past twenty years, the drive’s still there to enjoy more tumultuous feats.

Anticipated to pilot at next year’s Classic TT Races, Milenco by Padgetts RS 250 Honda, YZR 500 Yamaha mount’s, it’s going to take performances of the highest quality to stop him enhancing an event record, that includes four victories.

Outside of the Classic TT, there’s also the possibility that he may return next year to TT Races affiliated competition.

Speaking about this topic via a recent video on the TT Races official website, he stated if he does elect to compete at TT 2020, he will either be piloting in the Superbike/Senior races, the exotic RC213V-S Honda, or Honda’s much hyped, latest generation Fireblade model.
