Andy Lawson was delighted with junior Manx Grand Prix victory. Leading up to his great win Andy had a productive practice week setting highly creditable times in junior and senior practice sessions.
Junior race began with the third place finisher in 2013 running of the race slotting into second position by lap two 12 seconds behind Rob Hodson as pit stop time approached.
But drama struck as following pit stops Andy was now into race lead with Rob Hodson down to seventh position. From here the rider competing on Moto Design backed GSX-R 600 Suzuki maintained a decent advantage out front to by the end of lap four secure a memorable junior Manx Grand Prix win.

Andy also lapped in 118.4 mph bracket on final lap as he was victorious by 12 seconds. Although not finishing senior race the talented competitor had already achieved his goal of recording first win on the mountain course.
