Speaking about his upcoming third Manx GP voyage, he said:
“Competing in the Junior and Senior categories, with the numbers 81 and 96 respectfully, our team is aiming for even faster lap times and higher speeds, all while keeping the racing spirit high.
Being the first all Greek team in the history of the event to ever attend and compete, we wish for ourselves and all our fellow race mates, a safe and successful 2017 Manx Grand Prix.
We wish for more successful racing this year and we hope that in the future we are bested by younger and more talented riders from our country.
We wish to address and express our gratitude to the officials of the event that once more have accepted our team.”
Going onto add his hopes for good weather! in a few weeks time on the Isle of Man, he stated:
“Thankfully this year the weather will ”do us a solid” if I may use this type of slang, since the climate difference is a significant factor in the teams psyche, performance and safety.
Finally we promise to bring with us the spirit of the great ZORBA THE GREEK, that so many people around the globe have loved.”
