The 104th Cookstown 100 edition (24th-25th of April), which kick starts the 2026 Irish road racing season yields courtesy of meeting organisers, the Cookstown & District Motorcycle Club, a proper pre-Christmas gift to competitors, in the form of ground-breaking free, discounted entries (the first Irish road race to offer this prospect in this decade).
Racers to have graced the Orritor Circuit through the last three-years, will receive the free initiative to compete whilst remaining racers, have the offer of discounted, reduced entry-fees.
Earlier this year, the latest C100 saw Michael Dunlop MBE, lead the show, accruing Mid-Ulster District Council Supersport (A), Bears Competitions feature (A) race victories.
The TT Races wins-record holder additionally bettered his own, existing lap-record (new record time – 1.22.377 – average speed – 91.773), which had stood since 2013.
Roll on Cookstown 2026 style, a huge chapeau for the above highlighted boosts towards all competitors.
