Walderstown: Dunlop Banks Victories Hat-Trick, Wins Grand Final
The pace on track was as hot as the weather descending upon Walderstown, as a host of real roads stars tussled it out for victory in the big race of the day, the seven-lap Grand Final.

Fastest out the blocks was BE Racing/RK Racing’s Michael Browne, who held P1 during early-stage race stages.

As lap two concluded, just 0.527 covered Browne, Michael Dunlop and Michael Sweeney.

Lap three saw Buildbase Suzuki mounted Dunlop charge to the front, overhauling the quietly spoken Browne.

From here 21 times TT winner Dunlop, proved uncatchable as the Supersport TT lap record holder entered maverick race winning mode.

At the end of the seventh and final lap, Dunlop took in accomplished fashion his third win of the day, gaining victory spoils by 2.28 seconds over Duke Road Race Rankings leader Sweeney, with early pace setter Browne dropping back to third.

Graham Kennedy placed fourth, 2018 Junior Manx GP winner James Chawke took fifth.

Thomas Maxwell bagged sixth with places seventh, eighth, ninth claimed respectively by Richard McLoughlin, Darryl Anderson and leading 600cc exponent Liam Chawke.
