VRS Racing have a top draw rider line up, for the 2016 pure road racing season.
Joining Ben Rea in the team for competition in the lightweight TT, is Colin Stephenson.
The third place finisher in the 2012 newcomers b Manx Grand Prix, has quickly developed in recent years into a highly accomplished competitor at the Isle of Man TT.
Main highlights to date at TT Races, have included seventeenth place finish in the 2014 lightweight TT, plus highly respectable top 30 placing in the opening Monster Energy supersport encounter at TT 2015.

All set to pilot one of VRS Racing’s proven Slick Bass tuned ER6 Kawasaki’s, he has the pure roads craft, to be a contender for at least a top ten finish.
Leading the VRS Racing challenge at the iconic Oliver’s Mount road race circuit, is the vastly experienced Pete Boast.
Pete is set to compete at all Oliver’s Mount meets in 2016, which include the 70th Scarborough Gold Cup.
Another Pete will be in the VRS Racing fold in 2016, Pete Murray, from Arizona, America.
Last years Manx Grand Prix, marked Pete’s pure road racing debut. He propelled the VRS Racing ER6 Kawasaki, to excellent seventh place finish in the newcomers b race, whilst the super twins race saw seventeenth position sealed.
Ready to compete for the second time around the illustrious Mountain Course, he’s one to watch in the junior, super twin and senior races.
Alongside Pete, Pete Boast, Colin Stephenson and Ben Rea, their is set to be this year, a fifth rider still to be confirmed in the VRS Racing fold piloting the teams new HP4 BMW.
2016 marks the 35 years of been involved in motorcycle racing, for Robbie Silvester’s VRS Racing team.
They have over the years worked with many a star name, Ian Hutchinson, Ryan Farquhar, Martin Jessopp, Glenn Irwin, James Cowton, Jamie Hamilton, Russ Mountford, Sandor Bitter, Keith Pringle to name but a few.
Commenting on the season ahead, Robbie Silvester stated around his teams ER6 Kawasaki’s.
“Our development on the 650 Kawasaki’s along with engine tuner Slick Bass has seen our 650’s take race wins and lap records at many of the Irish roads in the hands of Jamie Hamilton and Glenn Irwin who along with Martin Jessopp showed its potential last year on the international road scene.
This year Ben Rea, Peter Boast and Colin Stevenson will be showcasing their ability on the roads once again riding the VRS Kawasaki’s.”
