Pending all going to plan, an enterprising new opportunity beckons for Cheshire’s Jonathan Perry at TT 2022, piloting Kawasaki’s latest ZX-10RR incarnation.
Perry who will continue to be supported next year by long term backer, former road racer Gordon Huxley, current TT CV includes four top forty finishes, including a strong run to 14th in the 2019 Bennetts Lightweight race.
Excited, ultra enthused about the potential of his aforementioned new mount, the 2016 Newcomers B Manx GP rostrum finisher stated the following via his Facebook racing page:
“I would like to give a massive thank you to Gordon Huxley for arranging all this and Kawasaki Team Green, Kawasaki UK, Corby Kawasaki for supplying the bike. There’s only 500 made of this model so I feel very privileged to have one.
This extends my partnership with Gordon (Huxley) and sets the team up nicely for the 2022 road racing season and Isle of Man TT.
I can’t wait to get home and get to work turning it into a race bike with the plan to have the bike ready for the remaining couple of rounds in 2021.
Absolutely peaking and can’t wait to ride the new bike to see how much improvement there is over our current model!”
Reminder next year’s TT Races (fingers crossed it takes place) is scheduled to run from the 29th May till the 10th June.
