Overseas heroes, event stalwarts, rising talents, ambitious locals feature amongst the top twenty starters for the now Super Twins based Junior Manx Grand Prix.
Carrying the coveted number one plate for this month’s four-lap race is Italian Hill Climb Champion, multiple MGP podium finisher Francesco Curinga.
Curinga’s previous class form makes him a definite contender for race honours, having finished second in both Twins races from 2019.
Number two plate holder, set to start ten seconds behind Curinga is two-stroke specialist, former Newcomers race winner Chris Moore.
Joining forces with triple Lightweight TT winners Dafabet Racing, he has a golden opportunity to bolster his already extremely competent Mountain Course racing CV.
Castings Technology supported Dan Ingham holds the P3 plate whilst start numbers four, five, six have been respectively assigned to Damian Horan, Xecretia Road Racing Team’s Victor Lopez Santos and event returnee Jamie Williams.
Rounding out the top ten starters are 2018 Newcomers B race victor Michael Rees, Paul Wardell, Marc Colvin and HeatTech Racing’s Ben Rea.
Plate numbers 11, 13, 14 are held by David McConnachy, Jim Barnett and Nigel Rea whilst Newcomers A race front-runners of recent times Alun Brooks, Mike Mace hold starting order numbers 15 and 16.
Remaining top 20 Junior race starters are David Brook, Arnie Shelton and Southern 100 winner Jack Fowler.
