The first and still only competitor from Brazil to compete at the TT Races, leading South American pure road racer Rafael Paschoalin, is the next rider to take part in Road Racing News, ten questions challenge.
A top three finisher at the world famous Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, his answers to the popular series of questions, are as follows:
Q1: Favourite National Roads Meeting?
“I’d have to say the North West 200.”
Q2: Favourite Racing Bike?
“Yamaha YZF-R6.”
Q3: What’s the best part of competing on the roads?
“The feeling of having your life in your own hands, this is a very intense part of the road races.”
Q4: TT, North West 200 or Ulster Grand Prix?
“TT”
Q5: Most Respected Rival?
“I’m too new to road racing, to have a rival. I respect and admire everyone who competes, and I hope one day to dispute the leading positions within races with them!”
Q6: Best roads moment thus far?
“Second place last year in the Middleweight class at Pikes Peak.”
Q7: Is their one place or country in the world, where you would like to see a roads meeting held?
“In my country (Brazil) the road races are famous and guys like McGuinness, the Dunlop’s and many others are considered as gods.
It would be nice to have a street race here, but unfortunately, we need to sort out the chaos that this country is first!”
Q8: Who’s your road racing hero?
“Joey Dunlop and Richard ‘Milky’ Quayle, one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met.”

“Supersport”

“Pole position”
