More known prior to recent years for his expertise as a suspension specialist, Paul Klopp who’s over the past two seasons established himself as a solid, consistent exponent of Circuit De Chimay and Frohburger Dreieck, is the next racer to take part in Road Racing News worldwide popular ten questions challenge.
Overall 11th within this years Belgian Twin Trophy series, his answers to the popular series of questions are as follows:
Q1: Favourite National Roads Meeting?
“The best Vibe I’ve got over the last few years was in Chimay, old Belgian road race track. Unique ambience, lots and lots of spectators, and the fast part in between the woods is magical.”
Q2: Favourite Racing Bike?
“I am really in to the Super Twin scene at the moment, so the latest spec NK-Motors Kawasaki 650 was the best bike I ever rode, spectacular, enjoyable!!”
Q3: What’s the best part of competing on the roads?
“The thrill, the speed, and handling all the elements your own way. Do it wisely, control the risk and appreciate and respect every single lap!”
Q4: TT, North West 200 or Ulster Grand Prix?
“Did none of them as a rider but the TT is the ultimate meeting for me, even as a mechanic the addiction is unbelievably strong. Only insiders will understand these words probably.”
Q5: Most Respected Rival?
“I respect every single competitor, we all make same choices in life to be there, so this connection makes us more ‘friends’ than ‘rivals’.”

Q6: Best roads moment thus far?
“Racing in the rain recently at Frohburg, love it! The high speeds and the last meeting of the season relief feeling, after the chequered flag.”
Q7: Is their one place or country in the world, where you would like to see a roads meeting held?
“I only hope and wish that the ones we have, will go on forever!”
Q8: Who’s your road racing hero?
“There are many of them, but the Dunlop family is the heart of our sport. I wish I had one percent of there commitment and attitude.”
Q9: Supersport or Superbike?
“Has been a while but miss my Superbike everyday. So must say Superbike!”
Q10: Pole position or fastest lap?
“Fastest lap will do the job!”
