Re signed by Martin Bullock Manxsport for this years Manx Grand Prix, next generation Manx roads exponent Dave Quine is the next rider to take part in, Road Racing News ten questions challenge.

14th within last years Lightweight Manx Grand Prix, his answers to the popular series of questions are as follows:

Q1: Favourite National Roads Meeting?

“Favourite national roads meeting is without doubt the Southern 100, brilliantly run event and really lives up to its reputation as the friendly races!”

Q2: Favourite Racing Bike?

“For me it’s got to be the Martin Bullock Manxsport Kawasaki ER650 Kawasaki!”

Q3: What’s the best part of competing on the roads?

“The thrill of going 150 mph + between stone walls and hedges. You just can’t get that sense of speed from a short circuit!”

Q4: TT, North West 200 or Ulster Grand Prix?

“Got to be the TT!”

Q5: Most Respected Rival?

“I have nothing but respect for everyone who races bikes, but I’d have to say Marc Colvin as we have had some really good races over the last 6 years!”

Q6: Best roads moment thus far?

“Finishing on the podium in the Supersport B race, at the southern 100 in 2016!”

Q7: Is their one place or country in the world, where you would like to see a roads meeting held?

“Be good to get some new roads meets in the UK and bring back the Jurby road race!”

Q8: Who’s your road racing hero?

“John McGuinness”

Q9: Supersport or Superbike?

“Not rode a Superbike yet, so has to be Supersport.”

Q10: Pole position or fastest lap?

“Pole position I think is more important.”
