Team ACR Add Immingham’s Neve To Classic TT Line Up

Set to run two riders for the first time at the Classic TT Races this year, Team ACR (Alasdair Cowan Racing) have confirmed that Craig Neve will join Andy Dudgeon within the Scottish outfit, for participation in the four lap yesteryear Superbike race.

Part of the Jackson Racing Roads Academy set up at TT 2018, Immingham’s Neve has in recent years has improved immensely around the fabled Mountain Course, showcased by impressive results at TT 2017, which included finishing 14th within the opening Monster Energy Supersport encounter.

Although still relatively new to yesteryear machinery, he has the core Mountain Course knowledge allied to a bucket load of determination, plus positive memories from yesteryear competition at Oliver’s Mount, to be at minimum a top ten contender, in August’s Superbike Classic TT.

Team ACR team owner Alasdair Cowan, who’s team has secured title sponsorship from Robert Burns Ltd, is confident that new signing Neve and 2016 Junior Manx GP race winner Dudgeon, more than have the talent to provide the ACR machines with a series of first class results.

One of the first teams to unveil their 2018 Classic TT plans, it’s good to see outfits such as Team ACR employing next gen racers like Neve and Dudgeon.

Both racers S1000RR BMW mounted for the 1000cc encounters of TT 2018, are hoped to test their new Superbike Classic TT steeds, ZXR 750 Kawasaki’s, prior to August’s Mountain Course competition, where both will be aiming to continue their rising progress, on the world famous Manx roads.
