An accomplished exponent of the fabled, mythical Mountain Course, it wouldn’t at all be a surprise to see Trummer claim a top ten finish or better in August, as he aims to further embolden his already high calibre Manx road racing CV.
Joining Trummer as part of DP Coldplaning/TC Racing’s 2019 Classic TT/Manx GP set up, is Germany’s Sebastian Witt.
16th within the 2017 Newcomers A race, last year’s Manx GP saw long term IRRC competitor Witt bank a brace of top 50 finishes, along the way setting a new personal best lap speed of just over the 110 mph lap mark.
Confirmed to pilot CBR 600RR Honda machinery in the four lap Junior, Senior Manx GP affiliated races, he’s another ambitious overseas competitor keen to continue his solid, gradual progress on the world famous, illustrious, over 100 years old Mountain Course.
It’s great to see teams like TC Racing continue to have a prominent presence at the Manx Grand Prix, not only helping bring through the TT stars of tomorrow, but also continuing to back an event which in recent years, has produced unquestionably many of the best Mountain Course hosted races within the modern era.
