Takahiro Itami’s TT Story

Takahiro Itami made his Isle of Man TT debut in 2010. Takahiro competing on the club trofe R6 Yamaha was accomplishing an ambition of his to compete on the most famous road racing circuit in the world.
Opening supersport race provided him with top 50 finish after a consistent all round performance. Second supersport race saw Takahiro clinch 49th position plus during TT 2010 Takahiro lapped in the 110 mph bracket.
In all Takahiro’s TT debut was a success, this year has seen him take part in the world renowned Pikes Peak hill climb. MV Agusta mounted for the open class category he secured 9th position alongside finishing in the top 15 overall combined across all classes for quickest times around Pikes Peak in 2014.
