By This year’s Barry Sheene Road Race Festival at Oliver’s Mount will hold title sponsorship from Suzuki.
The event for 2015 is been renamed as the Barry Sheene festival powered by Suzuki.
Suzuki are delighted to back the popular meeting which in 2014 produced exciting action in modern superbike, classic superbike, modern supersport and classic 500 races.
Main highlights of last year’s festival included Dean Harrison recording Barry Sheene trophy victory following a top class all round performance on Mistral racing ZXR 750 Kawasaki.
Victorious in modern senior race two was Ivan Lintin on Taylor Lindsey racing CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade whilst James Cowton secured back to back race victories in modern supersport races.
Already confirmed to compete at the Barry Sheene festival powered by Suzuki on 21st of June includes Lee Johnston, Ryan Farquhar, Nick Anderson, Sam Johnson, Rodger Wibberley and 2014 newcomers A Manx Grand Prix winner Billy Redmayne.
The announcement of Suzuki backing the meeting that is set to provide a thrilling days racing which mixes modern and classic race action is an exciting announcement for all Oliver’s Mount fans.
