There’s a strong line up of newcomers to Oliver’s Mount at the 2015 Spring Cup National Road Races.
Two time junior Manx Grand Prix winner Michael Sweeney is set to make his eagerly anticipated Oliver’s Mount debut at Spring Cup National Road Races.
Michael is all set to compete on Martin Jones racing backed ZX10 Kawasaki in superbike races whilst supersport races will see him R6 Yamaha mounted.
Regarded by many as one of the most improved road racers in recent years he goes into the spring cup bidding to begin his 2015 campaign with top class results.
2010 Irish road race senior support championship winner Alan Bonner is also set to be ZX10 Kawasaki mounted for superbike races at Spring Cup National Road Races.
Action in super twin races is also on the cards for the rider who has lapped at the Ulster Grand Prix in the 128 mph bracket.
Former works Norton rider Dan Hegarty is delighted to be making his Oliver’s Mount debut in four days time.
Dan is set to compete on Ian Lougher racing’s ZX10R Kawasaki in superbike races whilst super twin races are set to see him competing on Brian Scott racing’s high spec ER6 Kawasaki.
Third place finisher in 2014 senior Manx Grand Prix Rob Hodson is another top class road racer set to make his debut around the mount.
Rob looks set to compete on PRF racing’s 600 and 750 Suzuki’s as he begins his 2015 Manx Grand Prix preparations.
He is tipped to adapt quickly to Oliver’s Mount as is his brother Jamie Hodson.
Jamie eighth place finisher in last years super twins Manx Grand Prix is set for competition in superbike, supersport.
Whilst super twin races are set to see him competing on 18 hundred club backed ER6 Kawasaki.
Blue bear racing’s Joe Broomfield and Stuart Bedford will both be bidding to cause a surprise or two in super twin races as will James Tadman.
James is greatly looking forward to making his pure road racing debut at the spring cup, the two day meeting is also set to mark Franck Petricola’s return to road racing competition.
The talented rider from France is ZX10R Kawasaki mounted for superbike races, its set to be a memorable season for Franck who is set to make his Isle of Man TT debut in 53 days time.
Fellow Frenchman Martial Mourra, Nicolas Pautet and Frederic Besnard all have the drive, determination and ability to secure eye catching results in their first meeting at Oliver’s Mount.
