600/1000 B Race:
After the heroics of Michael Dunlop and Dan Kneen in the feature 600/1000 race, the subsequent B race would provide victory for Manx GP front runner Richard Charlton.
Tipped to contend for podium’s at the Manx in August, he was never headed in the seven lap race around Billown, as he lead home nearest challenger David McConnachy to the tune of 5.729 seconds.

Top Gun Racing’s Gavin Lupton rounded out the podium finishers, whilst 750/1000 honours went the way of PRF Racing’s Allan Brodie; Andy Sailor and a delighted Billy Mellor concluded the rostrum finishers within the class.
Leading newcomer was long time TT Races competitor Alan Connor, finishing a respectable 15th.

125/400 Race 1:
Backing up his impressive qualifying form, Darryl Tweed powered to success in the opening 125/400 race.
Amongst the next generation of pure road racers, he’s proven in recent years an absolute natural at the ‘Friendly Races’.
Good friend and fellow Ballymoney based racer Seamus Elliott secured second, just edging out Falcon Racing’s Dan Sayle who firmly lead the 125/Moto 3 challenge.
Outside of the top three finishers, there was notable performances a plenty which included 2009 Senior Manx GP winner Michael Russell having a rare outing on 400 machinery, finishing a more than creditable seventh.
Plus Billown newcomer Derek McGee, taking the Joey’s Bar Racing RS 125 Honda to a top ten finish.
