Shaun Anderson has had a superb season of road racing in 2013. Shaun’s road racing season for 2013 began at the Cookstown 100 road races. Shaun achieved consistent results in both superbike races and in the supersport race. Next up for Shaun was the Tandragee 100 road races.
Shaun competing on the CN signs backed GSX-R 1000 Suzuki achieved a sensational second place finish in the opening superbike race. The second superbike race saw Shaun produce another great performance in recording a top five finish.
This years Isle of Man TT saw Shaun achieve two top 25 finishes in the supersport TT races when competing on a GSX-R 600 Suzuki. Shaun had reliability issues in the superbike and senior TT races, but one of the main highlights for Shaun at this years Isle of Man TT was setting a personal best lap speed of over 125 mph.
A truly fantastic lap speed set by Shaun making him one of the 50 fastest riders at the Isle of Man TT. 2013 has been a year which has seen Shaun prove he is a fast rising star on road race circuits and one that in the future is hugely capable of winning international road races.
