Shane Egan had a highly productive Manx Grand Prix debut. Shane competing on Askeaton paving.com backed GSX-R 750 Suzuki enjoyed a good practice week and began newcomers A race holding top four position at Glen Helen on lap 1.
From here the 2013 Irish road race senior support champion maintained a top three placing to the line achieving third place finish plus lapping at 115.593 mph.

Senior Manx Grand Prix saw Shane gain a good start holding 12th position at end of opening lap. Lap two would see the rider who has greatly enjoyed his debut on the mountain course move up to 9th place which would prove to be Shane’s finishing position.
