Seven newcomers to Billown are set to grace this years Post TT Races.
One of the debutants to the Castletown based meeting, is 2015 Lightweight Manx GP winner Mark Purslow. Competing this year under the ECTA Racing banner, he’s set to compete in June on ER6 Kawasaki and S1000RR BMW machinery.

Joining the Welshman at Billown is seasoned roads competitor, Darren Cooper. “Coops” a former podium finisher in the newcomers A Manx GP class, has in recent years developed into an accomplished exponent of the iconic Oliver’s Mount and Dundrod circuits.
His first venture into competition at the home of the Southern 100, will be closely watched by many.
The remaining debutants are Daniel Capper, Tony Leach, Laurence Cummins, Paul Mackey and Stephen Smith.
Speaking about the Post TT newcomers, Race Secretary, George Peach stated:
“It is very encouraging to receive this number of newcomers entries in the early entries for the Post TT races, especially from off Island.
There are also a good number of the established regulars entered, which will keep the fans on their toes on race day, Saturday 10th June.”
