By Disappointingly similar-to TT 2025’s finale, the feature race of this year’s Classic TT Races, the Senior race has been-scrapped thanks to inclement weather and course conditions.
A one-lap race starting at 3:30 PM was-hoped to unfold pending on feedback regarding course conditions from travelling marshals.
Soon after the travelling marshals returned, Clerk of The Course Gary Thompson MBE BEM announced over the Tannoy to Parc Ferme that conditions particularly across the Bungalow to Creg ny Baa had turned extremely damp.
He went onto add that he was not prepared to risk the safety of everyone competing and therefore race action was-cancelled.
In a double blow for trackside fans the eagerly awaited Michael Dunlop parade lap, paying tribute to Joey Dunlop’s iconic Formula 1 TT victory also was-annulled.
