There’s been no rest, no let it up intensity wise when it comes to racing for Josh Brookes this winter, with Australia’s fastest TT racer of all time sampling the St George Motorcycle Club Summer Series.
The Sydney Motorsport Park (also known as Eastern Creek) located series, has a Singapore Grand Prix, Moto GP Qatar vibe to it, as races take place during the evening.
Last weekend’s latest Championship rounds saw 2017 Senior Classic TT winner Brookes, going up against top line purpose-built circuit racing pilots including Cru Halliday, Troy Herfoss and Harrison Voight.
As highlighted via his You Tube channel, the competition was hard-fought, no quarter asked, no quarter given.
Once racing finalised, Brookes’ results tally stood at one third place finish, second place finishes times two.
Summer Series action is no question keeping the former Northwest 200 lap-record holder, sharp ahead of BSB, international road racing endeavours.
Once again, a part of the factory BMW supported FHO Racing team alongside, world’s fastest road racer Peter Hickman, he’s aiming to bolster an already potent, accomplished roads scene resume.
