His answers to the Irish road racing themed set of questions, are as follows:
Q1: What is your first Irish road racing memory?
“Going to Tandragee and seeing the likes of Farquhar (Ryan), Richard Britton and Martin Finnegan, was very close racing and really good to watch.”
Q2: Present favourite Irish road race?
“I would say Mid Antrim, was a really good track, had bits of everything.”
Q3: Who is your most respected fellow Irish roads exponent?
“I respect everyone who races the roads, it’s like one big family.”
Q4: If you could alter one aspect, in particular, within the sport, what would it be and why?
“Be nice to see all the road races have good road surfaces. After seeing roads melting from the heat in the summer, it may reduce, stop or reduce melting if the road surfaces are in better condition.”
Q5: To date what has been your favourite Irish roads moment?
“My best road race would be Walderstown this year, five podiums over the weekend and leading the Senior Support and Super Twins race for a few laps. Unfortunately, I didn’t win but did try.”
Q6: Irish road racing summed up in one word, what would it be?
“Mental”
Q7: Is there any Irish roads event, that you haven’t raced at yet that you would like to?
“I’ve never raced the North West 200, one race I would love to try. Was thinking of entering it next year.”
