Q1: First memory of Oliver’s Mount?
“First memory must of been back in 2006/2007 ish time, watching Guy Martin drop his AIM Racing R1 at Mere Hairpin, picks it up in dead last and charges through the field to finish 4th, some race!”
Q2: Favourite part about racing at the mount?
“For me it’s the people that’s always been involved. Mostly friends and family all having a good day out watching some racing, no matter the weather!”
Q3: Favourite section of Scarborough course?
“There’s no favourite section for me, it’s all mega!”
Q4: Best moment thus far at Scarborough?
“Probably the 2017 Cock O’The North. Just had a great weekend of results and PB lap times. Second outing at Scarborough on the new R6, so it was just a mint weekend really!”
Q5: All time Scarborough racing hero?
“Probably Guy Martin! Always watched him when I was helping my dad. Then remember passing him in a b race!!”
Q6: Is there one machine in particular that you would like to race at Scarborough?
“I always fancied racing a Moto 3. Always looked fun to ride.”
Q7: One word to describe Oliver’s Mount?
Q8: Most respected racing rival at Scarborough?
“Will always be my dad! No matter what ever happens on track we always had a laugh on the CB 500’s, and to go from watching him race, then to battling it out.
There has always been the upper most trust and respect for one and another, which made it all more spectacular! Will always be great memories of racing at Oliver’s Mount.”
