William Dunlop was in scintillating form in setting fastest time in supersport practice at Vauxhall international North West 200. William on the Tyco Suzuki by TAS supersport bike lapped at 114.754 mph to finish quickest in front of Michael Rutter competing for Smiths Triumph, Alastair Seeley was third fastest for Mar Train racing whilst Lee Johnston rode well in finishing fourth with a lap speed of 114.118 mph.
Gary Johnson made it two Smiths Triumph’s in the top five, Guy Martin was sixth, John Mcguinness finished in seventh place, Michael Dunlop was eighth, Josh Brookes ninth and Bruce Anstey rounded out the top ten. Keith Amor on his return to North West 200 finished 15th fastest in supersport practice on the Site Sealants B&W racing CBR 600 Honda.
Leading newcomer in practice was Connor Behan, Connor competing for KMR Kawasaki finished 17th overall in practice whilst Matthew Rees also impressed on his debut at North West 200 finishing 34th quickest. Ben Rea also making his debut at the iconic road race finished 39th in front of his dad Nige Rea who finished 41st fastest overall.
