North West 200 – Supersport Practice 1

Setting the pace in opening supersport practice session at the 2015 Vauxhall International North West 200 was Alastair Seeley.

Alastair competing on Tyco security products backed GSX-R 600 Suzuki showed top class pace in damp and wet conditions all around the triangle.

Michael Dunlop finished second in opening practice as he showed good pace on his own teams YZF R6 Yamaha.

William Dunlop continued his great form as he finished third fastest showing excellent speed on Ivan Curran/CD Racing YZF R6 Yamaha.

Mar Train Racing’s Gary Johnson and Dean Harrison both proved their star quality as they finished fourth and sixth fastest respectively.

North West 200 newcomer Glenn Irwin impressed hugely on Gearlink Kawasaki’s supersport machine as he finished fifth quickest.

Lee Johnston finished leading 675 Daytona Triumph mounted rider in seventh position whilst Bruce Anstey lead the Honda challenge in eighth place.

Keith Amor competing on Rig Deluge CBR 600 Honda finished ninth in practice as Jamie Hamilton finalised top ten during an entertaining opening supersport race.
