Fife based Leon Murphy has announced his steeds for this years Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling affiliated, Manx Grand Prix/Classic TT Races, as he embarks upon his sixth year of Mountain Course action.
Fourth within the 2014 Newcomers C Manx Grand Prix, his planned sixth Manx GP venture sees him pilot again his trusty LM Racing GSX-R 600 Suzuki steed for the Junior, Senior races, plus Stuart Hamilton’s ZXR 400 Kawasaki for action in the four lap Ultra Lightweight encounters.
23rd, 17th in last years Senior, Junior Classic TT races, the amiable Scotsman’s 2019 Classic TT tenure sees him lead AMH Racing’s challenge, competing on 350, 500 Drixton Honda machinery.

He’s also set to compete for the first time within the yesteryear Superbike class, piloting a presently being built ZXR 750 Kawasaki mount, which will run under his own teams LM Racing banner.
For all pure road racers, competition on the Mountain Course is a dream, ultimate ambition, lifetime goal.
It’s been no different for now seasoned Mountain Course exponent Murphy, who with five years experience of the most famous road racing in the world underneath him, is optimistic of challenging for more high calibre results, coveted bronze, silver replica awards in August.
