Moto 3 steeds will form part of next years road race action on the world famous Colas Billown course, following confirmation today by the Southern 100 Racing club.
Formerly part of the 125/400 encounters at Billown, 2019 will see the next generation mounts form part of the Super Twins dominated 250/650 races at the Post TT races and Southern 100.

Steadily growing in popularity within the closed roads fraternity, prominent roads competitors to have enjoyed success thus far with Moto 3 machines have included Dan Sayle, Christian Elkin, Derek McGee, Paul Robinson and Ultra Lightweight Manx GP race 2 runner up, Tom Snow.
Hoping to attract a strong Moto 3 presence for next years events, Colas Billown Clerk of the Course, Peter Oates candidly recently stated:
“The Moto 3 racing machines are a relatively new class which has attracted a small number of entries to date, and the club has decided to include them in the 250/650cc races at both the Post TT and Southern 100 races, hoping the entries will continue to grow.”
