Mid Antrim 150: Practice/Qualifying/Race Schedule

We are now sub two days till the final Irish road race of 2022, the Mid Antrim 150 commences.

Alongside those in the mix for Irish roads Championship titles, others descending upon the Clough circuit include Wilson Craig Racing’s Darryl Tweed and recently confirmed overseas newcomer, Yannick Urban.

Organisers have confirmed that nine races are set to take place, with all races except for the showpiece Grand Final encounter (eight laps), having seven lap distances.

The full at present practice, qualifying, race schedule for the first Mid Antrim meeting of this decade, reads as follows:

9th September:

Roads close 8:00 AM

Newcomers practice sessions 10:30 AM

Qualifying runner order:

Lightweight Supersport/Supersport 300/Moto 3 – 5 Laps
Senior Support – 5 Laps
Junior Classics – 5 Laps
Supersport – 5 Laps
Junior Support – 5 Laps
Open/Grand Final – 5 Laps
Senior Classics – 5 Laps
Super Twins – 5 Laps

Parade Laps – 5 Laps

Roads re-open 8:00 PM

10th September:

Roads close 7:00 AM

Racing due to start from 10:30 AM

Races running order:

Lightweight Supersport/Supersport 300/Moto 3 – 7 Laps
Junior Classics – 7 Laps
Open Race – 7 Laps
Senior Support – 7 Laps
Supersport – 7 Laps
Junior Support – 7 Laps
