Michael Rutter has had a successful year of road racing. At the North west 200 Michael competing for the KMR Kawasaki powered by Vauxhall team achieved a top 6 finish in the opening super twins race. Whilst in the opening superstock race Michael competing for the Bathams Honda team achieved a eighth place finish.
This years Isle of Man TT would see Michael achieve many a top result. In the superbike race competing for the Honda TT legends racing team Michael achieved a top 6 finish. Next race up for Michael was the superstock race which saw Michael achieve a 7th place finish.
The TT zero race over 1 lap was a closely fought race that saw Michael win the TT zero for the fourth time. Competing on the Motocsyz motors bike Michael lapped at over 109 mph.
In the senior TT race Michael produced a personal best lap speed of 130.6 mph making him one the ten fastest TT riders of all time. Michael would go onto finish in a brilliant 6th place on the Honda TT legends racing superbike. The next road race coming up for Michael is the Macau grand prix where Michael has a incredible record.
