With just over till weeks till world class, exhilarating, compelling action returns to the fabled Mountain Course, Manx Grand Prix organisers the Manx Motorcycle Club have been extremely busy in recent weeks.
For many the main highlight of the two week Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling extravaganza, the Manx GP in recent years has gone from strength to strength.
Continuously producing the TT stars of tomorrow, a selection of the foremost stars from last years meeting including Michael Evans, Darren Cooper, Barry Evans and Rhys Hardisty all enjoyed in June highly productive maiden TT ventures.
Widely tipped contenders for rostrum finishes this month, include Martin Bullock Manxsport’s Brendan Fargher, The Peoples Bike Team’s Stephen Parsons, Darryl Tweed, Skerries Andy Farrell and Dean Osborne.

Looking ahead to this years meeting, which alongside the Classic TT, has taken the total of Festival of Motorcycling participants, to a substantial 260, Manx Motorcycle Club Chairman, Peter Maddocks stated:
“This year’s Manx again promises some superb racing. We have a combined total of 260 riders competing this year in the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT. All we need now is for this summer’s fine weather to continue.”
