Manx Grand Prix 2014 – Monday Practice Junior/Senior News

Andy Lawson lead the way in opening senior practice session at 2014 Manx Grand Prix. Andy lapped at 115.174 mph to finish quickest as Paul Smyth competing for PRF racing produced a lap sped of 113.420 mph to go second fastest.

Andy Fenton was third overall, Jules Croft on his return to the mountain course was fourth whilst Gavin Lupton completed top five on Shay D racing GSX-R 750 Suzuki lapped at 106.414 mph. Dennis Booth, Clifton Tabiner, Paul Wilson, Bob Farrington and Shelley Pike completed top ten.

Rob Hodson impressed going fastest in junior practice session. Rob R6 Yamaha mounted produced a lap speed of 115.342 mph, Michael Moulai competing for Wilson & Colins racing was marginally behind at 114.018 mph as Andy Soar, Stephen Harper and Dean Roberts completed top five.

James Neesom third place finisher in 2013 newcomers B Manx Grand Prix produced lap speed of 111.882 mph on 675 Daytona Triumph backed by Centurion windows to finish sixth fastest overall as Marc Livesey, Richard Charlton, Glenn Harrison and Rodger Wibberley rounded out the top ten.
