Junior Manx Grand Prix winner Andrea Majola is set to undertake a dynamic, new road racing challenge next month, as he travels to Mexico for the Cain Road Race.
The event, traditionally held in November (15th-17th), is certain to prove night and day different for TT 2025 bound Majola.
Nigh on twice the distance of the fabled, mythical Mountain Course, the Cain course (74 kilometres long) has a Mille Miglia, Targa Florio vibe about it.
Demanding, gruelling, requiring pinpoint accuracy, meeting participants of recent years have included twice Supersport TT winner Gary Johnson, Matt Rees, Chris Palmer, Jim Hunter, European Hill Climbing doyen Maurizio Bottalico, Victor Lopez and runner-up last year, Joe Yeardsley.
Confirmed 2025 event entrants alongside the above-showcased Majola include Vicente Vazquez Rodriguez, Venezuela’s Joaquin David Fernandez Osorio, Hector Chavez and Sergio Alejandro Librado Garcia.
