Macau GP: Second Bikes Encounter Postponed Till Sunday

Motorcycle action is now set to grace Macau tomorrow, following the postponement of the second eight-lap bikes encounter.

The prime reason for the race postponement, revolves around damage to barriers on the Guia Circuit, following a first-lap incident during the GT cars race.

Earlier in the day, opening bike race action was cancelled due to oil spillage issues.

Various riders issued their thoughts to organisers, regarding track conditions caused by oil spillages from prior four-wheel competition.

It’s not known at present as to were the second Macau Motorcycle GP race, will slot into Sunday’s event schedule.

As stated before, Erno Kostamo is on pole position ahead of David Datzer, with Sheridan Morais finalising the front row.

Update:

Macau GP Sunday Schedule:

06:30-07:00 AM (local time) – Inspection of circuit
