Macau GP: Opening Race Cancelled Due To Oil Spillages

The opening eight-lap Macau Motorcycle GP race, was cancelled due to oil spillages from prior four-wheel action around the 3.9 miles long Guia Circuit.

After various riders issued their thoughts to organisers, regarding track conditions, racers took in two warm-up laps before the race was called off.

Pending all going to plan, what was the scheduled second race, now sole eight-lap bikes encounter is due to commence in just over forty minutes time.

Fastest during the morning warm-up session, Finland’s Erno Kostamo is on pole position ahead of Penz 13 team-mate David Datzer.

Sheridan Morais completes the front row whilst row two features Rob Hodson, Lukas Maurer and Andre Pires.
