Lougher, Johnson Lead JRC Racing’s Senior Classic TT Voyage

Ten times TT winner Ian Lougher, leading Australian International road racer David Johnson will lead the JRC (John Chapman Racing) challenge at the upcoming Classic TT Races.

The hugely talented duo will pilot immaculate, priceless HRT produced MV Agusta machinery within the Bennetts Senior class.

Proven to be ultra competitive in recent times by the likes of Dean Harrison and Lee Johnston, if everything clicks into place set up wise, plus practice week goes smoothly, we could well see the famous MV brand return this month to the Mountain Course podium finishers circle.

Alongside running the MV’s which will carry the manufacturers iconic red, silver livery, JRC will also run lead newcomer of TT 2010 Johnson, on a RS 250 Honda in the Dunlop Lightweight race.

Although not perhaps most known for his exploits on two stroke machinery, you can’t discount the cool, laid back, highly respected Australian from contending at minimum for a rostrum placing.

One of pure road racing’s great enthusiasts, it’s great to see John Chapman’s team providing another strong presence for the sixth incarnation of the hugely popular Classic TT Races.
