Local Exponents Continue TT Prep At Jurby
Various TT 2022 bound racers continued their preparations during the latest Jurby Airfield meeting, which took place last Sunday.

Notable Mountain Course exponents in action included DAO 1886 supported Harry Payne/Mark Wilkes.

The next generation three wheeling duo who caught the eye with their blistering pace at the World Sidecars season opener at Le Mans, powered to successive Sidecar victories after ultra-accomplished displays around the Jurby Airfield Clockwise configuration circuit.

Fifteen plate holders for next month’s 3Wheeling.Media Sidecar TT races, they are dark horses in my opinion for at minimum top five, top six finishes.

In addition to Payne/Wilkes, last Sunday’s Jurby based competition also featured Craig Melvin/Stuart Christian, Dave Quirk/Karl Schofield, Matt Mylchreest, prospective TT newcomer, Supersport race 2 runner-up Jamie Cringle and former Manx GP winner Dave Moffitt.

Moffitt, an entrant in the inaugural Bennetts Super Twins TT, took no less than four top three finishes which included second place finishes from the Single Twin/Triple Cylinder combined race stints.
