Guy Martin Secures Debut Victory At Pikes Peak

Guy Martin on his debut at Pikes Peak secured victory in his class at the iconic event in America. Competing on a 1100 Suzuki made in 1992 Guy won his class in style, the rider who has a saying go big or go home has definitely gone big this year at Pikes Peak.

Guy will be aiming to record his third solo championship victory at 2014 Southern 100. The Tyco Suzuki by TAS rider is set to face stiff competition from 11 times TT winner Michael Dunlop, lightweight TT winner Dean Harrison, current superbike Irish road race championship leader Dan Kneen and runner up in this years senior TT Conor Cummins.

Its being so far a consistent season for Guy who won three races in a day at Ian Watson spring cup road races, recorded second place finish in opening North West 200 supersport race and was back on the podium at the Isle of Man TT with second and third place finishes in superbike and senior TT races.
