By Rising star at the Manx Grand Prix Gareth Evans, is holding a fundraiser on the 20th of May, as he raises much needed funds for the rest of his 2016 roads campaign, which includes a third appearance at the Manx.
Raffle prizes to be won at the fundraiser include a signed Derek McGee Racing T-Shirt, there is also special guest entertainment in the form of Johnny Brooks, Ireland’s number 1 Garth Brooks tribute.
Tickets for Gareth’s upcoming fundraiser are ten pounds. Main highlights of his roads season so far, have included a top 15 finish in the feature supersport race, at the Tandragee 100.
In recent years, Gareth has caught the attention of many, on the world famous Mountain Course. His first Manx Grand Prix appearance in 2013, saw him seal ninth place finish in the newcomers A race.
Whilst last years Manx GP, would see him continue his progress at one of pure road racing’s most iconic meetings, as he wrapped up sixteenth and nineteenth place finishes in the junior and senior races.
Tipped by many to be in contention for at least top six finishes at this years Manx, he’s one to watch.
