Johan Fredriks won a closely fought open race 1 at this years Frohburg road races. Johan still in contention for 2014 international road racing championship victory edged out Didier Grams who pushed his fellow S1000RR BMW mounted rider all the way during an entertaining race throughout.
Matti Seidel secured fantastic third place finish following a thoroughly professional performance as Jochem Van Den Hoek who is having a consistent season of road racing acquired fourth position. Frank Bakker recorded fifth place finish as Dan Kruger competing for Penz 13.com BMW who made his mountain course debut at TT 2014 completed the top six.

Pavel Tomecek finished in a highly seventh position as Thomas Gottschalk who secured highly creditable results at the 2014 Manx Grand Prix was eighth. Kamil Holan recorded ninth place finish as Mike Bammann finalised the top ten, tomorrow sees two IRRC superbike races plus the Joey Dunlop open during a busy day of action at Frohburg tomorrow.
