Faraldo Racing have secured the services of none other than multi times Irish road race champion Derek McGee, to lead the outfits first exploration into Moto 3 competition at national, International roads level.
Unquestionably amongst the standout road racers from 2018, Mullingar’s McGee new challenge with Francesco Faraldo’s team will see him take in Moto 3 races at selected national events, the Southern 100 and the Ulster Grand Prix.
Mostly known for his proven, world class prowess of Super Twins, Supersport, Superstock spec machinery, the reigning Duke Road Race Rankings champion has also shown in recent times formidable form on Moto 3 steeds.

Part of the hugely popular Joeys Bar MCC racing team, he took the outfits yellow, black liveried Moto 3 Honda to various podium finishes, race wins including securing last year victories at Cookstown and Faugheen.
Excited about the new challenge with Faraldo Racing, there’s no doubt that the prodigiously talented McGee can provide the ambitious, plucky Italian squad this year with elite results a plenty.
