Don and Daniel most recently competed at the prestigious Scarborough gold cup. For Don it would prove to be a highly memorable one for him as he recorded third place finish in opening David Jefferies trophy B race and then going onto finish third again this time in senior B race 2.
But the main highlight of the weekend for the rider who is planning to compete at multiple road races in 2015 was second position in David Jefferies trophy B race 2 following an excellent all round performance.
Competing on the mountain course for the first time is a milestone in any road racers career and for Don and Daniel this is set to happen next year. Both riders look set to compete in newcomers A race whilst Daniel is also aiming to compete in lightweight race on a highly competitive 400.
