Davey Lambert TT 2017 Bound

Davey Lambert is set to compete at TT 2017, as he joins Tom Weeden, Andy Dudgeon, Raul Torras, Richard Wilson, Ian Gardner, Lee Hembury, Masayuki Yamanaka, Julian Trummer, Jamie Hodson and Rikki McGovern in being the latest prominent Manx GP competitor to step up to the TT Races.

Kawasaki mounted for all classes, Superbike, Supersport, Superstock and Senior, his steeds for his maiden appearance at the most famous road race in the world, are backed by his own team Lambo Racing, M&S Newcastle and Beamish Car Transport.

Since making his Mountain Course debut in 2014, at the Manx Grand Prix, the Newcastle Upon Tyne based rider has developed into an accomplished exponent of the world famous Manx roads.

A fourth place finish on his debut in the Newcomers A race, has been backed up in recent years by series of top ten finishes, which includes eighth in last years ultra close fought Senior race.

Having lapped during the four lap race, at close to in excess of 118 mph, Davey feels the time is right to move into TT competition.

Well aware of the sheer world class quality embarking upon TT 2017, one of the main aims for “Lambo” at TT 2017 will be to lap in excess of 120 mph, having come close to achieving this notable feat at the Manx.

Like many of his Manx GP contemporaries, he has Mountain Course experience plus proven pace, to wrap up series of top class results on his TT debut.
