Dan Kneen goes into TT 2015 confident of securing podium finishes in superbike, superstock, supersport and senior races having signed for the Valvoline racing by Padgetts motorcycles team.
The 2014 road racing season was without a doubt Dan’s best season of road racing to date.
Amongst the main highlights included grand final race wins at Cookstown 100, Tandragee 100, Kells road races, Skerries road races, Walderstown road races and Faugheen 50 road races.
Arguably though the standout moment from last season for the Kneen machine was superstock race victory at the Ulster Grand Prix following a tremendous race long battle with Dean Harrison.
For TT 2015 Dan is team mates with lap record holder around the mountain course Bruce Anstey.
The reigning Irish road race superbike champion is delighted to be competing alongside Bruce in the Valvoline racing by Padgetts motorcycles team.
Padgetts racing have a superb record at TT races which includes two senior TT victories, five wins in a week at TT 2010 with Ian Hutchinson and back to back opening supersport TT race wins at TT 2011 and TT 2012.
Regarded by many as a TT winner in the making Dan goes into this years Isle of Man TT as one of many riders targeting debut podium finishes at the most famous road race in the world.
After a few months of uncertainty having parted company with the Millsport Suzuki team Dan Kneen has landed a dream ride with Valvoline racing by Padgetts motorcycles, a highly enterprising TT is on the cards for the hugely talented Manxman.
