Daley Mathison Proves Oliver’s Mount Credentials

Daley Mathison proved his credentials around Oliver’s Mount at the 2015 Spring Cup National Road Races.

Junior A race 1 saw the reigning ultra lightweight Ulster Grand Prix race winner finish in fifth position following a highly accomplished performance on Hol Taj backed GSX-R 600 Suzuki.


Wet conditions greeted competitors on day two of the Spring Cup National Road Races. Following productive practice sessions Daley went into opening race of the day spring cup A final second leg confident of pushing for a standout result.

The 2014 Welsh open winner at Aberdare Park Road Races produced a storming display in challenging conditions around the mount as he secured his first race victory of the 2015 road racing season.


Day’s action at Scarborough got even better for Daley as he made it back to back race victories as he was victorious in second junior A race.

His double race victory was without a doubt one of the main highlights overall at what was an action packed opening round of the 2015 Duke road race rankings championship.


With not long to go till the Vauxhall International North West 200 and TT 2015 Daley is tipped to be in contention for high quality results as he bids to make a strong impression this year around the triangle and on the mountain coure.
